FREE February Workouts

To kickstart Love Month, I will be presenting the "Love Thyself" series of 20min Zoom workouts in February. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am, starting 2/2.

 

We have to start choosing us so that we can show up greater for others. Let's start our mornings by focusing on how important it is to love ourselves by moving our bodies, so we can feel good about going about our daily routines. 

We are all looking to become a better version of ourselves, so why not start NOW! Whether you are starting or maintaining your fitness, let's take flight together, AS ONE!
