Cancellation Policy
At As One Flight, LLC, we prioritize the safety and enjoyment of our participants. Please review our cancellation policy: NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY: We do not offer refunds for participant cancellations. Instead, all cancellations by participants will receive a credit valid for 60 days from the original reservation date. CANCELLATION BY AS ONE FLIGHT, LLC: If we need to cancel or reschedule an activity due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, route access issues, or safety concerns, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund. CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT: To receive a credit, you must cancel your reservation at least 7 days before your scheduled hike. This credit will be valid for 60 days. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, no refunds will be given. However, a credit will still be issued, valid for use within 60 days of the original reservation date. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL ACTIVITIES: We reserve the right to cancel, reroute, or reschedule any activity based on participant abilities, weather conditions, safety considerations, or route access.
