Join October's Women’s Hiking Series to Celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

Explore the beauty of New York's Hudson Valley with three restorative hikes, each designed to connect you with nature, yourself, and other inspiring women. Every hike has a fun and meaningful theme that builds community and supports breast cancer awareness:

• Sisterhood Circle Hike (10/5): Harriman State Park, NY
• Pink Power Hike (10/12): Storm King Mountain, NY
• Trail of Hope Hike (10/26): Mt. Taurus, NY

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

• Three (3) guided hikes featuring reflective exercises for self-discovery and inspiration
• Healthy snacks and water
• A safe, supportive environment led by a certified guide
• Fun themed hikes to celebrate the strength and resilience of women

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:

• Transportation
• Lunch
• Any dress/costume props

Supporting a Cause

• 15% of Proceeds Donated: A portion of the proceeds from each hike will be donated to a reputable breast cancer research or support organization, contributing directly to the cause.

FULL SERIES: 3 Hikes ($250) or $100/hike

GUIDED THEME HIKES

• Expert Leadership: All hikes are led by a certified hiking guide who will not only navigate the trails but also facilitate reflective moments, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for all participants.
• Themed Experiences: Each hike has a unique theme that encourages participants to express themselves in fun, creative ways while fostering a sense of unity and solidarity among the group. Expect to engage in thoughtful exercises that connect the themes with the broader purpose of celebrating strength, resilience, and community.

CONNECTION WITH NATURE & EACH OTHER

• Reflective Activities: During each hike, you’ll have moments of reflection, where you can connect with nature and your fellow hikers. Whether through journaling, sharing stories, or engaging in meditative moments, each hike offers opportunities for personal insight and meaningful connection.
• Supportive Environment: These hikes are designed to create a safe, welcoming space for women to share, support, and uplift each other. Whether you’re coming to honor a loved one, celebrate survivors, or seek personal growth, you’ll be surrounded by a compassionate community.

FUN & EMPOWERING THEMES

Dress for the Occasion: Each hike will incorporate a fun theme, from wearing pink to celebrating superheroes, allowing participants to express their individuality and have fun while supporting a meaningful cause.

• Sisterhood Circle Hike (10/5): Strengthen bonds as we reflect in a symbolic circle, wearing matching pink scarves or hats.
• Pink Power Hike (10/12): Celebrate the courage of breast cancer survivors with pink accessories and moments of reflection.
• Trail of Hope Hike (10/26): Write messages of encouragement on pink ribbons and create a path of inspiration for others.

As One Flight, LLC Cancellation Policy

At As One Flight, LLC, your safety and experience are our top priorities. Organizing themed hiking events requires significant planning and coordination, and as a result, we have established a clear cancellation policy. Please review the details below:

NO REFUND POLICY:

All payments made for our hikes are non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide high-quality, well-organized events. However, we understand that plans may change, and we are happy to offer credit options for future hikes.

CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event: If you cancel at least 7 days prior to your scheduled hike, you will receive a credit for the full amount paid. This credit is valid for 60 days and can be applied to any future hike hosted by As One Flight, LLC.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: For cancellations made within 7 days of the event, no refund or credit will be offered. We encourage participants to commit fully once booked to ensure the experience runs smoothly for all involved.

CANCELLATION BY AS ONE FLIGHT, LLC

If As One Flight, LLC cancels or reschedules a hike due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control, participants will be offered:

• A credit for a future hike, valid for 60 days, or
• The option to transfer to another scheduled hike.

RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL ACTIVITIES:

As One Flight, LLC reserves the right to modify, reroute, or cancel any hike based on safety, weather conditions, or other logistical considerations. These decisions are made to prioritize participant safety, and we appreciate your understanding in such cases.
