In collaboration with Scenic Hudson, Reclaiming Our Bonds is a FREE guided, nature-based journey designed to help you reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the land beneath your feet. We will start off at Scenic Hudson's Hub on Parker Avenue, where we then will set along the breathtaking path from the Walkway Over the Hudson to Franny Reese State Park. This experience gently weaves together mindful walking, reflective journaling, and restorative dialogue. Through intentional pauses and guided practices, you’ll be supported in slowing down, softening, and returning to what matters most.

This is not just a hike.
