This experience is designed to support reflection around rising, beginning again, trusting the climb, and allowing light to return. Through mindful hiking, intentional pauses, grounding practices, and guided reflection, you will be invited to consider what you are ready to rise into — not with urgency, but with courage.

This is a moderate hike and requires sturdy footwear, water, and readiness for early morning trail conditions. The route may be adjusted based on weather, trail conditions, and group pace.
