Dear Summer: A Letter to the Season Within is an intentional guided hiking experience designed to help you pause, breathe, and enter the season with clarity.
Set among the wooded trails of Ferncliff Forest, this experience invites you to reflect on what you are welcoming, what you are releasing, and what kind of summer you want to live inside of. Through mindful movement, grounding practices, guided reflection, and a closing circle, you will be invited to write your own letter to summer: not from expectation, but from truth.
This hike is for women who are ready to begin the season with more presence, perspective, and intention.
